Horizontal Drill Rigs
D.J. Scheffler, Inc. uses these specialized horizontal drilling machines to install elements such as tie-backs, soil nails, and hydraugers to name a few. The application for these smaller drill-rigs is endless and we are committed to finding new ways to accommodate difficult projects. We have recently engineered a tight-access horizontal drill-rig utilizing a CAT excavator which is currently in use on one of our projects. |

Specialty Hillside Drill-Rigs
D.J. Scheffler, Inc. has designed and built three specialty hillside drill-rigs capable of drilling shafts where other rigs cannot. This rig has made previously unbuildable lots buildable and allowed drilling in areas that would otherwise have been inaccessible.
